Offline Dynasty

I've recently ran into an issue where my starting QB has no wear and tear and i dont have it set on keep the qb fresh and it keeps subbing my back up in. 

Also the last game i played it didnt have the tempo on grind it out. Id call a play and when it would change to the field view it would be a delay of game.
