Old Dominion University proximity to home bug

I noticed in Dynasty, the game seems to think that ODU is located in Mississippi. ODU is located in Norfolk, VA, but recruits from Tidewater pipeline only have B- Proximity to Home. Even those located in Norfolk or Virginia Beach are B- instead of A+.  Recruits from Mississippi have A+ Proximity to Home.

Has anyone at EA looked into this? This was a bug that has existed since CFB 25. I know Hawaii was fixed last year. Cant be that hard to fix right?
