When you try to play a user versus user game, it won’t load in one of the users and for the user that was loaded in it says that your opponent has left you will be sent back to the home screen. And the cycle rotates per user so it’s not just one player having a problem

The screen also freezes when I try to "play a friend"

AVING THE SAME ISSUE!!!
I've switch my internet provider, purchase a new PS5 thinking that this will resolved my issue. I've uninstalled the game, and reinstalled the game back. I can play Ultimate Team, and other games, just not none of my Dynasty league versus another online user. I been dealing with this for 1 to 2 months now. I've even created a ticket with EA Sport they closed it, without resolving the issue. Case #157618947
