opponent recovered Punt without it ever touching any of my players

Was shocked to see this happen and it affected my game as I was about to win, but he punts it and it doesn't touch any of my players but it registers as a recovery for opponent and then he scores. This is unacceptable.

Mirage events still not tracking wins
