Please Help!!!

So I hit level 50 in CFB 26 ultimate team and I just wasn't going to be able to hit 51 for the upgrade token it would not let me purchase that level disconnecting....errors....etc......so now I paid $15 for a pass and didnt get the token which would of costed me $1 I have 0 idea what i can do
