Pre snap bug where I can’t move

So in in dynasty mode, play now, road to glory, etc every mode on offense I cannot hike the ball in just stuck in the pre snap menu and can’t get out of it the only thing I can do is go to the menu and take a timeout but then it’s still gonna happen the play after the timeout every time on offense I’m just stuck on the pre snap menu and same with defense it also is stuck on that and cannot make an adjustment or anything only thing I can do is wait for the other team to hike ball and play that play and same thing over and over again I’ve tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling I’ve tried putting people on hot routes or audibles and certain buttons and NOTHING works so I don’t know what to do and it’s been happening since a week ago so please fix this bug
