Precision Passing

When precision passing with the placement and accuracy or just placement passing setting, once you let go of the left stick, the passing reticle resets to the middle of the passing circle. This makes precision passing nearly impossible and is different from how precision passing was in years past. In the past, when you released the left stick, the reticle would remain in place, that way you could time how far you want to lead the ball and release it. The mechanic should be changed back to this otherwise it’s totally useless on anything other than the “near” setting
