PS5 - "Tackle quality feedback text" does not display in 1440p or 4k

The new "Tackle quality feedback text" does not appear if the resolution is set to 1440p or 4k (2160p) in the ps5.  This issue also occurs in Madden26 on PC when in 4k (but it does display correctly ...

Any idea on how to get it to work for Xbox? If tried 1080 and 1440 and 4k but I only get the arrows. It works for my buddy and we have the same settings
