Raining In The Rose Bowl Game

It’s extremely trivial, I know and not really a bug…but it should NOT be raining at the Rose Bowl game. Not a UCLA game, THE Rose Bowl game in January. 

like what are we doing here. Why is that even an option for the game to choose for the Rose Bowl.
