Rankings do not update after week 0 results

Week 0, unranked JMU beat #1 Oregon (in Autzen), 21-20.  Once the week progressed, Oregon remained #1 in the week 1 top 25 rankings:

In Week 2, despite beating Boise St, Oregon dropped down to #12.  It seems obvious that the rankings are not updating in week 1, following the week 0 results:
