Re: Can't play the game due to random ''Trial'' message today

I have downloaded collage football 26 off ea play on Xbox game pass ultimate it says you get the full game but it won’t let me play it cause apparently I’ve used up my trial so ea try an fix this please.

Same issue, and I literally just installed today and getting this message on first launch.

Me and a friend are dealing with the same problem! I actually OWN the game and my friend is trying to play for the first time.
