Record broken screen freeze. 2nd time on 2 different game modes

My player broken a single game receptions record and the game has stayed frozen on the notification screen. This has happened to me before on the dynasty game mode for the same single game receptions record achievement. I cannot load or start this same profile, still for each game mode. This has to be fixed. Cmon now ea.
