Recruiting - signed player flips to school with no scholarship

Final week of recruiting (bowl week), landed and signed a top recruit. No deal breaker. 

Then when transfers start, says he signed with another school that didn't offer him. 

Then after roster cuts he magically appears on my team but I missed opportunity to move positions.
