Recruiting TAB Greyed out in ONLINE DYNASTY

Please let me know what’s the fix. Week 0 can’t access recruiting tab it is greyed out.

No wins getting counted in events….
Started with the h2h draft and every ‘event’ no wins counted past The first one… this has cost me a lot of achievements rewards… else? Any ideas?
