RTG Playcall glitch

Every time I click “enable play selection” on the offensive play call screen there are no plays available and I have to quit the game and lose all progress. This has happened every time I try to play a RTG game. Attached photo shows there no plays available and I just keep getting delay of game penalties until I decide to quit the game. The playcall screen never comes back after clicking “enable play selection” button.
