Snapping/Handoff Issues

snapping the ball has several problems.

im not sure what the cause to either of these are, im sure there are more but these are the two that ive ran in to.

on some jet sweep plays, the ball is snapped right past the quarterback and lands around 20 yards behind him.

on the fullback dive from goal line formation the fullback runs the wrong way so instead of handing it to the fullback the qb just tosses the ball on the ground and the play is called dead. 

both of these are super annoying and have ruined games for me.
