Solo New Year New Crew falsely band

EA Sports I'm still falsely ban for nothing and it been 5 days now y'all know how much money and time players put into ultimate teen I guess EA Sports don't care cause I got money tired up into my ultimate teen. But this falsely ban haven't been fixed for me yet what's deal. Please help ASAP!!!
