Substitutions are broken through the coaching adjustments menu

Basically the title.

When you try to put a certain position group in a certain setting, it defaults to balanced anyways.

For example, putting running backs into "keep fresh" via substitutions through coaching adjustments should sub in a different running back every 2-3 plays, which is what happened pre-september. Now this does not occur.

 All you need to do to witness this is load a game vs cpu or another user, mess with the substitution menu for certain positions through coaching adjustments (preferably put on keep fresh), and see that it infact does not sub players with the intended frequency.
