Tackle quality feedback disables itself inside a Dynasty game

Found in online dynasty:

In the main menu game options, set tackle quality feedback (text or arrow) to 'Visible':

Start a dynasty game and it is now set to hidden:

User can manually enable in-game and it works, but it should remain enabled from main-menu to in-game.

Still an issue as of 12/2. This does not occur in "Play now", only Dynasty.

This is legit the only post i have seen about this. Extremely annoying having to manually change it every game. EA please fix this!

This is still an issue after the August 6th update. Affects both online and offline dynasty now.
