Timeout bug

I just played an entire game (Xbox Series S) where I was not able to call a timeout.  Not available via controller button, not available in the pause menu.  So, if this is a roster update and continued development and bug fixes, why are there so many new bugs?  What are we even paying for?  A roster update and an even WORSE experience than NCAA 25?  This has got to be a joke being played on us as a customer base.
