Trying to play online dynasty

Every time I try to play Online Dynasty in NCAA Football 26, I lose connection to the EA servers — either during the game or right after. It gives me a message saying that scores and stats won’t be recorded due to a lost connection. I’ve restarted my PlayStation, disconnected and reconnected to Wi-Fi, and ran a network test — everything on my end is working perfectly. My NAT type is good, and I have no issues with other games or apps.
