unable to pick plays during game in play a friend mode during crossplay

whenever i’m playing friends on PSN (i have xbox) the game freezes . when it freezes neither of us are able to pick a play unless we pause the game. please  fix this problem ; after we’ve ran out of pauses , the match ends up turning into a slew of delay of games . extremely frustrating because both cfb 26 and madden 26 are so much fun- and yes it happens in both games
