Unable to play game via game pass ultimate on PC

Cannot play the game through Gamepass ultimate on PC. Same repeated issue at login screen telling me to switch to the account that downloaded it. This is my only account. Can we get any sort of updat...

Spoke with ea and xbox support and they are just blaming each other for the problem.

It's definitely on EA's end. They have some bug that is causing the message to show up. Either way, we need to keep bothering them until they fix it.
