Update broke some Coach Faces

I'm not sure what all faces this is all done to. But, here's a picture of Coach Face 103. It looked very nice prior to patch. Now it looks like it's got a skin overlapping it or something changed in the head shape? It broke it. The hair has patches all over it, the facial structure is all broken up or something. Idk. I tried restarting, re-patched, same issue.
