Wear and Tear Issues when On and Off

When wear and tear is turned off, all players are red at the screen where you pick your formation. This happens both if you turn it off during a dynasty or turn it off before even starting the dynasty. If this is still the same "visual bug" from last year, it needs to be and should have been fixed for this year. Some say there are still effects of wear and tear when its off but its hard to tell for me.

My workaround has been to turn wear and tear back on and adjust all the sliders for Impact to 0 and all the Recovery sliders to 100. This seems to effectively turn off wear and tear.

The whole reason I turned off wear and tear is because it's clearly broken or something is wrong. I've started multiple Dynasty's and no matter the running back, he is always hurt somewhere between 5-10 runs.  And that's with a balanced offense, not just running every single play. They also don't seem to recover much at all. There should not be a need to always have to tweak sliders to make the games work correctly.

Please fix the issue when wear and tear is off and please fix the issue with wear and tear in general. It's too much right now.
