Why am I banned for playing an event

I was playing an event and left to get my coins and then soon after that my account want banned. I want to know why I am banned this isn’t cheating.

I was playing college football 26and I was banned from the online part of the game. I just wondered if y’all could review my account cause I do not think I should be banned. I did nothing wrong. I was just playing head to head and I got banned.
