Why does this happen everytime

Why in the world does my game have to freeze mid game every time I play someone this is unacceptable either fix your peice of crap game or give me my $70 dollars back this is unreal... im to the point of suing dear God. You bootlicking leprechauns know how to ruin EVERYTHING you money hungry garbage cans... why don't you try caring abt the culture and the fan base and release a game that actually runs smooth and makes sense this is embarrassing no care for your own product.
