My issue is that starting yesterday I am unable to play a full game in dynasty or road to glory. When I am playing a game the entire system will completely shut off. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the game and it still happens. I am unable to complete 1 game it is currently unplayable for me..

I am on game 4 as Kent State (because why not) in road to glory and my game has crashed 3 times in a row (have restarted my Xbox series s) while mid game. This game just pauses, does some shaky buffers, then completely closes and takes me back to the Xbox Home Screen via game shutdown. Garbage.
This is the same issue that happen to me when I was playing College Football 25 when it first came out and went through all of the tutorials to fix the problem and even contacted Microsoft about the issues with no satisfaction, it took about a month for me to even get through 1 season of Dynasty and now the same issue persists with College Football 26, it is very frustrating spending my hard earned money for this game and can't even play it. EA needs to get there act together since it also happened with me with Dragon Age Veilguard but I can play any other game in my library with no issue of the console shutting off.
