Blitz Man Coverage Glitch

Every time I try to run a blitz and a tight end lines up on the opposite side of the safety, the safety does not adjust and starts to play on the other side of the field while he is supposed to be manned up to the tight end. This consistently gives up big plays and I have to readjust the guy, and sometimes even when I readjust the guy, he goes right back.
