Connections issue
I was playing road to the cfp. I was ahead in the game when a connection issue popped on the screen. It sent me back to the home screen, however it gave me a recorded loss on my record.

Common issues unfortunately. Opponents when they are losing will try to mess with the connection and many times it works.
