I found a video that says if you set the depth chart offline it will stay set for Online Play.
CREATE AND SHARE/ROSTERS/ORDER DEPTH CHART
I haven't tried it yet, but I will later today and confirm.
I tried it and ... it doesn't work. I figured it wouldn't. It was annoying that the guy in a video said it would. :(
