Why has this still not been addressed by the team??? This is unacceptable.

It's custom playbooks. You have to use the teams default if getting desync error

as soon as the game loads and the walkout/intros are completed the game desyncs

i paid extra for early access and can’t play the game. For a full week now. This is very frustrating. 

If your using a made playbook stop using it and it will play

Don’t use made up playbooks. I used my team playbook and it plays all the way through

this 2 years in a row I try to play road to cfp and every time I load into the game immediately at kickoff I get booted of with desync doesn’t matter what I do I used to regular playbook for the designated team I’m using and still nothing I don’t get it I bought it this year thinking it would change not nope still same thing not mention EA customer support is absolutely  atrocious multi million dollar company btw insane not even a phone number you can call nothing 

Can yall fix this EA play a friend desync issues ASAP. This is crazy. Spend that much money on a game and can’t play it with your buddies

h2h play desync 100% of the time in dynasty and play a friend when using custom playbook

EA when can we expect and update to at least give us hope? Also seems like last year the there is something with transitions. 

I HAVE LOST MULTIPLE GAMES DUE TO THIS ISSUE IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED. I just loss after going undefeated in mut squads about to go to my second championship and got desync as the other team quit the game !!!! 

Not sure if something was updated but I've been overseas able to play squads on cut25 and madden without lag. I cant even get into a game. Please fix this.

Smfh EA always screwing up this! It was like that on Madden and few yrs ago on Online play

This happens if even if one user is using a custom playbook. Game will desync and kick both users right before kickoff. I have experienced it across multiple online dynasties with friends and it’s super frustrating 

It's still happening to me. Can't get help anywhere. And they make sure you can't get in touch with them. I will never buy another EA product again if this is what happens when crap hits the fan.

Im having major issues as well. Every time I try to play a H2H game in a dynasty with friends. It desyncs almost everytime I get the ball on offense.

It’s happening in Play a friend mode…I’m using a custom playbook…it happens when I or my friend walks up to the line to run a play …the kickoff is always good 

I was in the middle of a game and I was winning and then I got a desync pop saying it won’t count towards my record and now I’m 8-1 keep in mind I was up by 14 and they gave me a L
