NCAA 27 dynasty coach glitch

so yesterday my head coach glitched into a player with helmet and pads and all that. cant edit. ive restarted mynconsole and all that. this game has had too many of these glitches and it may not be concerning but its the small details that make it the most genuine gaming experience. i hope this is being patched i cannot play the game like this period and i will request for a refund
