RTG DRAFT PROJECTION IS STILL BUGGED!

Please stop using wear and tear to project draft position. It should line up with legacy score and achievements instead. Also why are we not getting cap breakers for being national POTW anymore? This game is becoming unplayable because every time it gets updated/fix I have to restart
