Re: Phenom breakout token not working

There have been reports of multiple players glitched in the phenom program. When you use the token to upgrade a player and continuously getting the errors, we should be allowed to refund the token to utilize it on a different player.

    Title: Phenom Breakout Token – Upgrade Refunded (Skill Points Returned)

    Platform:  Xbox Series X/S

    Issue:

    After applying a Breakout Token to a Phenom player (Jaden Mickey for 80 OVR CB), I receive 50 Skill Points. When I try to spend those points to upgrade the card, I get this exact error every time:

     

    “Upgrade refunded: this upgrade was not able to occur, your skill points will be returned”

     

    The 50 SP stay on the card but the upgrade never applies. The Breakout Token is consumed and cannot be recovered.

    Affected Player: Jaden Mickey (Phenoms program)

    Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Apply Breakout Token to an 80 OVR Phenom card
    2. Receive 50 Skill Points
    3. Attempt to upgrade any attribute / overall
    4. Error appears and points are refunded

    Additional Info:

    • Happens every time I try
    • Multiple other Phenom cards are also affected (Na’eem Offord, Josh Petty, etc.)
    • This is a widespread issue currently being reported by many players

    Please fix this and refund/reissue the Breakout Tokens for affected players
