Anyone else pull Brandon Meriweather after he’s been out of packs?

On Friday 7/31, approximately 11:30 am EST, I pulled Brandon Meriweather from a rush pack. I got excited because I thought it was Megatron but it wasn’t. Meriweather should’ve been out of packs by then, no? I waited a few days to see if anyone else would post about it but haven’t seen one so I am. Has this happened to anyone else?
