CFB 27 Ultimate Team Squads glitch

My friend and I went into our national championship game, and now we are just looking around the stadium and cannot select a play or anything. We have been sitting here for an hour. Is there any way to get our national champion packs?

Every time I load into challenge game crashes?
Any fix to this ? Trying to do Sunday spotlight. Now I can’t join any challenge without getting kicked. ******fixed by creating new lineup.
