Desyncs every game

Hello all,

    I have been unable to play any online head cut or regular games for a week now. It keeps desyncing me at the kickoff screen. I have check my xbox setting an made sure they are on open as well. In addition, it loads my CUT solos just fine with no issues towards completion. Please advise on how to proceed. One final note is that Madden and COD work perfectly fine. Is this a server issue or something wrong on my part.  Please provide some guidance on how to move forward, Thankyou.
