Game selected wrong evo

I have video proof that the game just randomly selected the wrong player to evo. I had Braylon Staley selected for my evo character and when I hit confirm it went to another character. Is there anyone I can talk to to get this changed?

    I also had this same issue. I selected the 81 Dante Moore for mine but the token was applied to a different QB in my collection (Aidan Chiles). :(
