Infinite Ultimate Team Loading Screen Bug!

My friend decided he wanted to try out ultimate team for the first time so i let him login to his account on my playstation to play and he’s been stuck in the ultimate team loading screen the whole time. We’ve tried everything from restarting the console, clearing cache, restoring the license, reinstalling the game, changing the wifi. I have no idea how to fix this, it works and loads up fine on my account but he hasn’t even played it before and it’s got him stuck on this screen. Any ideas?
