Phenoms premium pass not granting 10,000 XP

Purchased the premium pass for the phenoms promo and never got the xp. Contacted EA Help and they told me they could not grant me the XP or refund my points lol

    I had purchased the premium pass for the Phenoms promo, I received the 80+ player, but I never received the additional 10,000 XP

    Thanks, did you contact EA help? They told me they couldn’t grant XP on their end
