Ranked Field reset to zero

Yesterday I was level 40 next day I’m level 1 in ultimate team it got reseted and I don’t know why I want my level back

Same thing happened to me at I paid for the premium field pass for the season and it reset. What the heck EA!!!

Same thing happened to me and I paid for the premium field pass for the season and it reset. What the heck EA!!!

I logged in today and my field pass for which I bought the premium pass has been reset almost with my ranked field pass has also been reset. Come on EA this crazy.

Same thing happened hopefully they fix it

I also had this happen. I was at level 40 now I sm level 1 for Season 3. It also does not recognize that I already paid for premium pass. Finally, it drained all of my points. I had about 2,000 now I have 0. Please fix EA.

Same here and took my college points too smh.

Wait all of my field passes have been reset!!!! This is ridiculous

I logged in and saw that all of my field pass levels had reset wtf

I logged on and my season level was reset back to level 1 and all of the promo passes were reset back to level 1. I closed the game and opened it back up and that did not fix it. I was wondering  if there was any other fix for this issue?
