Registering losses with wins

Was 1-2, won 3 in a row and on the last game it gave me a loss and started my season over. Other team didn't quit midmatch, no desync. This has been an issue for 3 years now with no resolution, no refund of any sort. 

I enjoy the game, mildly purchase additional packs, but what's the point when the game screws you over and its near impossible to make it to playoffs or win a natty when you either desync or in this case, get registered a loss when you're going on a run.
