STANDOUT PLAYERS STILL NOT BOOSTED FROM CHEMS

This problem is over a week old. Tons of standout players don't get boosts from the chem. I have 10 champs or LTDs as starters. 

One gets proper boosts. My LT, Giakoby Hills.
