Can you record a video of this to happen and upload it, if that is not too much to ask? I've been playing several matches on the iPhone XS and had no issues building units, as long as I had the unit capacity and enough Tiberium.
Not sure how you'd have me do that, someone film me playing?
If I can watch my last matches, I imagine you can too? - please see my match against JupiterSun, from around 1:45 mark.
note the enormous time lag when I don't build anything despite units and ion cannon being available - at least ten seconds, unsurprisingly it costs me the match as usual.
This is happening i'd say 1/3 games, especially when things get heavy towards the end.
In the meantime, i have transferred my game over to my ipad mini 3, not very pretty lol..
As is, i'm abandoning play on my phone, probably better for my wallet anyway..

The iPhone has a screen recording software implemented now (Finally!).
You can use it from the Control Centre, once added to it.
To do so, go to Settings -> Control Centre, activate "Access Within Apps" and then add the Screen Recording.
Once in-game access the Control Centre (on my iPhone X and iPad Air 2, its swipe down at the top right) and you can start recording.

Hi. I experienced this same issue just a moment ago with one game (iPhone X, iOs upgraded on Friday, no probs during weekend and Monday). Hopefully not a recurring issue. Towards the end of the game the build buttons didn’t react. None of them. Units were selectable. I tried to exit the game and enter back. No difference. No phone bug cause I was able to get to home screen on iPhone X (bottom swipe) and switch back to the game. Attached a clip of the replay which though doesn’t show much. Just that I didn’t build anything anymore cause it wasn’t possible. It is cut to the last unit built being finalised before the bug occurred. Regards, Thomas
EDIT: It seems I cannot add the video clip made by the Apple Screen recording. When trying to add the clip here the form just states that the format is not supported.
