Strongarm harvester has minigun (like in CnC 3)
Dr. Liang harvester can only self-heal to 50% (like in CnC 2)
Solomon harvester could be equipped with rocket pods with the same firepower as mammoth tank rockets, except it can shoot everything. (KW Rocket Harvester). Because ion cannon is OP
Jackson harvester has increased movement speed, not production rate
Seth harvester with burrow ability? not bad
Kane harvester with obelisk? you just turned it into mobile obelisk... i would choose stealth harvester (like in CnC 3). so only infantry can attack it.
Jade harvester should explode when destroyed with the same behavior as catalyst missile explosion. (CnC 2 fully loaded blue tiberium harvester trick)

Well, when it comes to Strongarm, Solomon and Kane, its just they have armaments that can self-defend. These harvesters won't attack anything unless said unit tries to attack them. The Solomon harvester has a similar attack to the titan, but its more weaker while Kane's mobile obelisk is more like a mutant maruader piloting the truck. You'd have to prioritize which units to use against them so the harvesters are considered ineffective. Solomon's harvester is weak to infantry and air, Strongarm's weak to vehicle and Kane's weak to air.
