Activation Key

My father purchased two versions of Red Alert 3 for the thanksgiving holiday so that when I came home for the holiday we could play. He tried installing them on two different computers, but he messed up one of them somehow. One computer is working, but I'm trying to install it on the second computer and the Origin window is claiming that the 2nd activation code has already been used. I've tried both codes and it says that both codes have been activated. I don't know what exactly he did to activate both of them, but I can't figure out a way to fix it. What're your thoughts?

Thanks
