Practice Matches against level 5 capped AI Bots are absolutely POINTLESS and has no practical use whatsoever!! Unless... The difficulty level against AI Bots can be adjusted to the game users needs...

It should be easy enough to make the bot level adjustable between 5 and 15. I'm not sure though if any developer is still working on this game who could make such a change, or if there are only people left who keep the servers running. EA sadly does not inform us about what their plans for this game are. ☹️
