Black screen after chosing C&C or Red alert
Cant start the game ...After pushing the start icon and selecting C&C or Red alert butten there is only a black screen..... I have tryied editing the conquer.ini file and set the resolution to 192...

Go there, you should find you answer there.Thanks for the reference, but nothing in that thread helped to fix my issue. I am using Steam on Windows 10 and I tried messing with all my Nvidia settings, but I'm still unable to load up the game at all. I have a GTX 2070 with up-to-date drivers, plus an SSD. This is so depressing.
Are you sure you aren't getting a popup from Windows 10 firewall requesting access to the network be granted? I got the black screen until I alt+tab and saw the popup. I hit OK and it works fine.
