Can any Infantry unit beat Shock Troops?
Militants, nope. Flames, nope. Missile or Lasers, super nope. Are Shocks basically unbeatable one on one?

No, shockwave can't take down an already-set up MG squad.

Only if already setup. Once the Shock is set and chillin, there is no infantry that can run up one on one and get it done. Except the Sniper.
What about scarabs? Technically, all the scarab needs is a distraction, then it could work. Send a militant to move past the shockwave trooper and commit suicide then the scarab should have the deal. Basically, when it comes to offense, you better do a 2 is to 1.
